Three live online mornings with Shreya Bajaj Shah, on your own business. You leave with a 7 am brief that runs itself, your MIS on one screen and your company’s AI policy.
Chatting is level 1 of 11. You climb all 11 in three mornings.
Good morning. 3 meetings, 2 replies waiting, 2 things need you.
Shreya on stage at CREDAI in Bombay, with more than 500 participants in the hall.
Small batch, so you get personal attention.
25% teaching, 75% building on your own business. Tap a level for details.
What you learnWhich model to pick, how to brief Claude well, and how to drop in a PDF or Excel file.
What it gets youUpload a 60-page vendor contract and get the clauses that need your attention, with page numbers, in a few minutes.
What you learnConnecting Claude to Gmail, Calendar and Drive, or to Outlook and OneDrive, and to your meeting note-taker: Zoom, Fireflies, Granola, Otter.ai or Fathom.
What it gets youAsk “What did I promise customers by email this week?” and get the answer from your own inbox, or “What did we agree in Tuesday’s review?” from your meeting notes.
What you learnLetting Claude read and work across websites in your Chrome browser while you watch. It asks before anything sensitive.
What it gets youFive competitor websites read and put into one table of products, prices and offers, ready for your next strategy meeting. For a manufacturer: each rival’s product range, certifications and dealer schemes, side by side.
What you learnSetting a task to run by itself, daily or weekly, on your mail and calendar. Tasks on your mail, calendar and connected apps run on schedule even when your laptop is asleep or the Claude app is closed. A task that needs files or apps on your computer runs only on your computer, so only while it’s on.
What it gets youA morning brief from your mail and calendar: today’s meetings, replies pending, and what needs you. You leave Session 1 with it running.
What you learnSetting up a Project with your company profile, price list and standing instructions.
What it gets youEvery chat inside that Project already knows your products and your tone, so you stop explaining your business each time.
What you learnTurning your own numbers into a dashboard or a one-page tool, inside the chat.
What it gets youLast month’s MIS as one screen of sales, margins and receivables that you can share with your CFO.
What you learnWorking with Claude inside Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook through official add-ins, where it carries the work from one app to the next, and in Google Sheets, Docs and Slides through the Google Workspace add-on. The Outlook and Google add-ins are in beta.
What it gets youYour monthly review deck drafted in PowerPoint from the MIS in Excel, in your template, with the three numbers that moved. On Google, the same review drafted in Slides from your Sheet.
What you learnSaving your way of doing a task once: the format, the checks, the tone.
What it gets youEvery dealer or customer review comes to you in the same format each month, whoever in your team prepares it.
What you learnGiving Claude your brand once (colours, fonts, logo, past decks), then making decks, one-pagers and visuals by describing them.
What it gets youA dealer or investor one-pager in your company’s brand, exported to PDF or PowerPoint, without waiting on an agency.
What you learnHanding Claude a full job across many files, then checking what it did.
What it gets youEach company’s monthly MIS combined into one group view, with the variances flagged for you to decide on.
What you learnDescribing a tool in plain English. Claude writes the code; you don’t write any.
What it gets youA first version of a tool your team needs, such as a dealer-order tracker, before you involve a developer.
What data never goes into AI, which plan to buy, what a person must approve, and how to roll it out to a pilot team.
Every session 9:30 am–1:30 pm IST on Zoom, with a break, including the Sunday.

Travelling? Watch any session later, till end-February.
One peer keeps you on track on WhatsApp, and you make a new friend each week.
One short task a day on your own files, between sessions.
Stuck? Ask in the batch group; unstuck the same day.
A one-page policy to fill in, and every prompt, ready to reuse.
You learn as much from what other owners are building and thinking about as from the teaching. “I have often seen in rooms that this makes all the difference.” Shreya
A Chartered Accountant who speaks MIS, margins and receivables. She teaches on your own business files and workflows, not generic theory, and runs Easy Hai on the same AI workflows.
“The test of a good AI training isn’t how much you learned. It’s what you can act on. If you can’t use it by Monday morning, the training has failed.”Shreya
Seats fill in the order registrations come in. Registrations close Thu 5 Nov, before Diwali; if seats remain, they stay open till Thu 12 Nov.
For you, a family member or a senior leader. GST invoice in your company’s name, so your company can claim the input credit.
Register NowAll you need: a laptop and a paid Claude account.
For everything else, we’ll handhold you, from the basics to advanced.
A paid plan. Claude Pro (US$20 a month) is enough. If your company already has Claude Team or Enterprise, use that.
Keep them; nothing here asks you to drop anything. Claude is strong where owners spend their time: long documents like a 60-page contract, working inside Excel, Word and PowerPoint, connecting to Gmail or Outlook, and Skills and scheduled tasks that repeat your work without being asked. And the habits you build here (briefing well, connecting your own data, setting company rules) carry over to any AI you use.
You decide what goes in. Your files go only to your own Claude account; nothing passes through Easy Hai, Zoom or the group. On Team and Enterprise, your data isn’t used to train models. On Pro, you switch off “Help improve Claude” (Settings → Privacy) before Session 1. Don’t bring customers’ or employees’ personal data; Session 3 writes that rule into your company’s AI policy. You never have to show your screen or files to the group.
Yes, and it helps the work carry on inside your company. WhatsApp us for two seats.
Owners, next-gen family members and senior leaders of family businesses. Shreya pauses for questions after each level, and between sessions you get help in the batch WhatsApp group.
One short task a day on your own files, plus a short weekly check-in with your accountability buddy on WhatsApp.
Every session is recorded and you can watch it for 3 months. Your accountability buddy and the WhatsApp group help you catch up.
Yes. Everything is in plain English, on your own files. If you use email and Excel, you can do this. Even in Claude Code, Claude writes the code, not you.
It’s fewer than it sounds, because the levels build on each other. In Session 1, for example, Chat and Connectors are what the Level 4 morning brief is made from, so by Level 4 you are putting together what you just learned. About a quarter of each morning is teaching; the rest you build on your own files. The days between sessions are for practice, one short task a day.
